RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us!

Any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase may return the item(s) and receive a refund. All returned items must be uncut and in their original, unaltered condition. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date. Any claims regarding an order must be made within 30 days of shipment.

To ensure proper credit of your return, please contact info@mygirlfriendsquiltshoppe.com and we will happily assist you. All returns require a return authorization number that will be provided to you. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You may send back the item(s) through a carrier of your choice. Refunds are typically issued 5-7 days after the item(s) are received and processed.
